My domain name is still not connecting to my online store after upgrading to the Pro level. I haven’t heard from Square/Weebly support in several days. It has been several weeks since I purchased the upgrade and the domain connect feature has never worked. It’s like they just stop trying and communicating. Has anyone else with this same issue had it resolved? I am on their verge of asking for a refund. Because I don’t seem to be able to get this fixed.

HI, to understand, you have a domain name with a domain provider and it has not worked for you.
Have you adjusted the DNS settings?
Or Did you just point the domain?
