An Item I created doesn't appear in my Item Library and tf can't add to my online store. What to do?

An Item I created doesn't appear in my Item Library and therfore I can't add to my online store. What to do?  

This item existed for a while on my online store and suddenly is gone.   It shows up in Items but not in Item library and therfore I cannot add it to appear again on the store.  Please advise.
