App continues to show "not connected"

I have gone through troubleshooting steps.

 

All other apps work fine. I can only process payments if I turn off the wifi and turn on cellular data.

How do I resolve this issue?

Hey @palace - I don't have a fix for you, unfortunately, but I can say I've had the same issue in the past.  If I'm out at a public event like a farmer's market, sometimes the wifi seems to give me problems.  Like it's not fast enough or not a good enough connection, maybe?  But I turn off wifi and it works on cellular data.  I think it's a Wifi issue (not a Square issue) because it works fine when I'm at home on my own Wifi.  I think it may also be unprotected networks (like public wifi) may be a problem.

Thank you for your reply. I will look into protecting the wifi. All my employees that have Apple have no problems. I realize I forgot to add that bit of information.
