App inventory has a different value than the web inventory

The app on my ipad says I have 5 of an item in my inventory so I went to my shelf but had 0. Then I logged into the online version of square up and there it says I have 0. How can I get these two to sync?

Are you sure the app on your iPad has refreshed itself lately?  Maybe its information is out of date.  I'd close the app, then shut down the iPad and reboot it, then sign back into the app.  This may possibly solve the problem and if not, make sure you're logging into the same account and location on the iPad as the online account and location.

Click “More”

Click "I don't see my issue"

Click "Call Support"

Write down your Customer Code
