CBD Request for Information - Ongoing Loop

I am reaching out to you as I am having an increasingly frustrating time with the Square CBD process.

 

We have been working with the same payment processor since 2021 but decided to move to Square for the ability to process payments with more options.

 

Our business has been fully compliant with all FDA related issues and our payment processing account was always in good standing through multiple PCI compliance checks. 

We have tried to jump through each hoop the CBD department has asked us for but the list seems to continue to grow. We make absolutely no medical claims, our website contains factual information based on published studies and makes no medical claims towards the efficacy of our products.

 

We have research partnerships with major American universities and are carried in national retailers. 

 

Over the past week we have tried to receive clarification to exactly what we need to change or remove to satisfy Square but we cannot seem to get anything beyond a boiler plate response.

 

Do you or, does anyone else have any suggestions to be able to solve this, or should we just move on to another processor?
