CUSTOMER DATABASE, ASSOCIATED FIELDS

WHEN TYPING IN THE SEARCH BOX, RESULTS DO NOT ALWAYS PULL THE ASSOCIATED CUSTOMER.  SOMETIMES IT DOESN'T EVEN PULL THE EXACT CUSTOMER.  THE NAMES ARE EXACT MATCHES WITH TEXT AND SPACING BECAUSE THEY WERE CREATED FROM A COPY AND PASTE.

WE SOMETIMES HAVE TO DOUBLE AND TRIPLE CHECK BECAUSE WE HAVE TO VERIFY THAT THE CUSTOMER IS NOT ACTUALLY THERE. REFRESHING DOESN'T HELP, LOGIN AS DIFFERENT USERS, DIFFERENCT COMPUTERS, NOTHING.
