Custom discount % Invoice error

Discount Custom % shows as 0% on invoice no matter what # entered

 

Tried writing several times and still glitch on Invoice showing  discount as ($20) 0%

Are you using the point of sale app or the online dashboard?  What browser, try Chrome.
