I have a client who got a receipt from a transaction and gave a favorable review, but I do NOT see it in my Feeback Dashboard, nor did I receieve an email about receiving feedback. She sent me a screenshot as proof that she did.
This hasn't happened before. Why wouldn't I recieve that feedback?

I'm sorry to hear you did not see this in your Dashboard immediately - is it still absent?
Keep in mind that customer feedback is private and available to you as a way to collect feedback on how you're doing. Since your customer sent you a screenshot of the feedback, it sounds like you got the message. If you are still having trouble accessing it from your Dashboard, definitely let us know.
