Emails

How come I’m not getting my emails anymore after each transaction anymore. I use to all the time, but as of Thursday it stopped. I’m still getting the emails when it deposits in my bank but thats it

Sorry to hear about this, but thanks for reaching out here. I'm curious if you may have accidentally unsubscribed from those emails. Fear not, you can just turn them back on from your Dashboard.

 

Squareup.com/dashboard > Account and Settings > Email Notifications > Transactional Emails > make sure you have selected the option for Per Email notifications.
