[The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Cancellation notice?]
I get a check mark on clients that confirm but I do not get a notice that they cancelled. I think there no shows but over clients they state they cancelled when they got text reminder. How do I get notice of client cancelling

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.
You can definitely opt in to get a notification when your customers cancel, by adjusting your notification preferences. You would just have to double check that you have a phone number on file in your staff profile via your online Dashboard (Appointments > Staff).
