I am a new square customer and my POS doesnt give me the option to print and it also is not printing
POS doesnt give option to print receipt and it also not printing cc receipts for signature

hsootheran, does your app settings show that a printer is connected? Go to settings, and scroll down until you see printers. It will tell you there if you have a printer connected. If one is not listed, check your connections and power to printer. Basic stuff, but often overlooked.
