I bought 5 of the bluetooth readers. They connect fine to Samsung phones but not Iphones.  Any tips would be appreciated.

Hmmm, something seems off - unless your trying to pair to an iPhone older than the 4S, the Contactless Reader should pair via Bluetooth easily. 

Have you tried any troubleshooting like a performing a hard reset for your reader or ensuring the iOS version is up to date on the iPhones that's giving you trouble? In most cases, these tricks usually fix reader connectivity issues. 

If you're still not having any luck after exhausting all troubleshooting steps, give our Support Team a call to investigate what might be happening.

Thanks for the response.  I finally got through to the folks at Square and they walked me through the 2 extra steps necessary to pair to Iphone.
