Hey @nhienannguyen! Do you mind sharing what model your iPad Mini is and which version of iOS it is running on (iOS 9, 10, 11, etc.)?

I have used the square before on my ipad mini which I have had since 2015 I think. today it just says loading and nothing happens.

Hello @June1! Do you know which version of the iPad mini you have? Have you checked that the iOS software on it is up to date? Keep in mind you'll need to have iOS version 9.0 or higher touse the Point of Sale app on your iPad Mini.
