I have a POS System - my customer display stopped acknowledging card payments

I have a POS System - my customer display stopped acknowledging that a card has been either placed in the chip reader or swiped.  The display is still showing the transaction and allowing the customer to sign, asking which type of receipt..  it just will not take a charge .

if so you should contact Square support and they can help troubleshoot it.
