I used to get an email about me depositing my check earlier for a fee but i dont anymore, why not?

Im not getting emails anymore about depositing my checks early, why not?

Hey @Steven7088

 

Make sure to check your SPAM folder. Sometimes email service providers will accidentally start routing our Square emails to SPAM. 

 

If you check there and still don't see those notification emails, you can reach out to our Customer Success Team. They can look further into this with you!

It's not in spam. I checked settings on my phone and nothing has changed. Past 2 pay periods I have not gotten emails to deposit early into my account. I even stopped getting text messages too about depositing my checks early.

After taking a further look into this, we're actually experiencing a bug with Sales Summary emails not being sent @Steven7088. Our Engineering Team is still investigating the issue, but as a workaround, you can check your sales and deposits through the Dashboard.
