If i shut off my iPad to restart wifi, will I lose pending transactions?

Before shutting off my iPad and restarting the wifi, I wanted to make sure that I wouldn't lose any pending charges that I have made. Can you confirm?

Your account should do just fine with a restart. Just don't delete the app.
