Invoice - Allow Customer to Save Card Option Not Working

Square is not allowing me to add items/pricing to my invoice.

@kimjboykin I'm really sorry to hear you're experiencing these issues with Square Invoices.

 

If you're sending Invoices from your online Dashboard (using a computer/laptop) these Dashboard troubleshooting steps should help.

 

If you're sending Invoices from the app, try these Point of Sale troubleshooting steps instead.

 

Of course please reply here if you're still not able to add items to your invoice or select the option to allow your customer to save their card on file. When you reply please let me know how you're sending Invoices (from the app/from a compter), and if you're using a browser include the name and version of the browser as well. Visit whatbrowser.org if you're not sure!
