Issues with Square Stand

We have not updated to 11.4, yet today many issues arose.  When keying in credit card numbers, the keyboard does not appear.  When merging customers, the screen freezes nothing on the iPad responds, not even reboot - then after a minute or so the iPad reboots on its own.  Again, this is happening without having upgraded.  Once control comes back we do a shutdown, turn the iPad off, and back on to hard reboot.

Hi @chefkowboy - Sorry to hear about the problems you're having with Stand. Your issue looks separate from the known issue with iOS 11.4 so I moved you over to a new thread so we can help you troubleshoot.

 

Can you share what version of POS and iPad you're on? Also, have you tried deleting the POS app and reinstalling it?
