Location Invalid while in 'Offline Mode'

I am a US-based company operating in the US and while I am in Offline Mode, my tablet gives me the 'Location Invalid.  Card Declined' error when I try to take a payment.  This only happens during Offline-Mode, when I have a data connection I do not receive this error and I also do not receive this error when my using my phone in 'Offline Mode'.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Swiftythefox! Welcome to the Seller Community, and sorry to hear about the trouble! It sounds like the issue might be related to this particular Android tablet. What are the make and model? What version of the Android OS is it running? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps already? Thanks in advance for your help with this!

I am having the same problem with all cards in Offline Mode:

Declined. Payment not approved. Invalid location. 

Works fine online with card and chip reader. 

I am using an RCA Android 6.0 Model RCT6513W87
