Message can't be sent Before you can send a message, we need to verify you

I am receiving a message Message can't be sent Before you can send a message, we need to verify you. 

When I click it it goes to my main dashboard.  How do I fix this?

Been an account owner for over a year and this is the first time I have had this happen.
