My app keeps going off line by its self and not allowing deposits it just started doing this

My square app keeps going off line and not allowing for my deposits to go threw any help will be greatly appreciated

I'm sorry for the experience @Shytowm. If you haven't already please go through these Point of Sale app troubleshooting steps which resolve most issues with the app. Though it sounds like you might also need to check your internet connection too -- a strong connection is required to accept payments with Square.

 

If your deposits aren't going through to your bank account please call our CS team tomorrow so they can investigate that further. The Seller Community is a public forum so I can't check your account and recent deposits here but our CS team can help, they're available by phone Monday through Friday, 6am to 6pm PT.
