My card reader is updating but has been stuck at 32% for about half an hour.

I don't want to remove the card reader as previously doing this has caused my card reader to deactivate. What can I do? It has been on 32% for over half and hour.

Hi there! Was this still happening?

 

Try force quitting the app and opening it back up. This usually fixes these types of issues.
