My square confirmations and and reminders are NOT WORKING, any suggestions?

I have been in contact with Square customer support several times over this. I have my confirmations set up for 72hrs and the reminders are 48hrs, both text and email. THEY DO NOT WORK

 

Most of clients get reminders/confirmations after they are finished with their current appointment, 2 hours before, 36 before, or many times they don't get any confirmation OR reminder at all!!!!!  Square is losing me much money. Please advise, as I would like to stay with Square but am looking to move away because I get no straight answers and it is not getting fixed.

 

Also I notifications my clients email are not correct, however, I have the clients look and check themselves and they ARE correct.

Sorry for the frustrating experience @LBeauty1. What did our Support team tell you when you contacted them? It seems like this is an issue that they'd typically file a ticket for.

They keep telling me everything is fine and all the messages are going out on their end. However, when my clients show me their texts and emails, the times are all wrong.

I wish someone would admit or inform that they were making massive improvements to the system, and while that was happening it has been affecting my system. No one could admit that to me.

@LBeauty1 Something definitely doesn't sound right. Unfortunately we're not able to look at account settings through the Seller Community. Even though you've reached out to the team, I'd try again and make sure you ask to speak with an Appointments specialist

Im having the same problem and it’s extremely frustrating and nobody can give me an answer. If I book a 9am appointment the customer gets a notification saying 10am. What is going on?

@ThePeakyBarber Here's a checklist of some things to take a look at in your Appointments settings to make sure that timezones are correct. But if everything looks good there then I would reach out to our Appointments team so they can check into it.
