Neighbor uses infinity and I use my own internet provider but square goes to his and can't make sale

My next door neighbor uses Infinity and use a different internet provider for my jewelry store. When I go to make a sale the square reader goes to his and not mine. So how do I make mine the only one for square to use. I have had problem on and off. Mine has a different name. I can't use his or know his code. I just want to use my own provider. Square makes it impossible to complete the sale.

The wifi is linked to your iPad or phone that you are using with Square. Simply go to your wifi settings on your phone or iPad and change the providder of your choice. ( You'll see all the options that you can connect to and just choose yours.)
