New keyboard set up doesn’t work well

Is it just me or is the new keyboard set up harder to use?  I’ve had to delete a sale and start over many times because when I touch a number it doesn’t respond or record and it throws off the sale.  I have to meticulously check every button I touch.

frustrating!

Are you running the most up-to-date version of the app, and it this the Square Point of Sale app you are referring to?
