No report data when logged in on computer

I am able to see transactions on my phone, but not when I log into the account on the computer.  I also logged in on another phone and still no transactions show.

Something definitely sounds off here, @WSUSA. If you are logging in to these devices using the login information associated with the Square account that you have used to process payments, you should see your transaction history on all devices.

 

It sounds like you may be logging into a different account on the computer and other phone. If you aren't able to log in and see what you should, please get in touch so we can take a deeper dive here with you!
