Offline mode payments are not uploading when connected back to the internet

Multiple wifi access points but device will not upload offline mode payments. Losing money, recommendations?

Hi @RoadDawg - Sorry to hear about this! I recommend you give our CS team a call since it seems like you've gone through initial troubleshooting. Feel free to contact them at www.squareup.com/help/contact. Click "Other" then click "I don't see my issue". I know the phone queues have been a little long today so there might be a wait if you call today.
