Offline issues- after reading your advice to toggle- are you meaning to turn you wifi off and on where you have it-say at home, and then that same day, when I go to my office, which does not have wifi, but my phone coverage is for unlimited wifi, it will still work??

Discouraged since sometimes it is fine and sometimes it goes offline & I cannot collect.  What to do?? Mona

Hi @MC01 - You can accept payments on both a standard wifi connection as well as your phone's data connection. If you are having trouble connecting and need to accept a payment, you can enable Offline Mode which allows you to continue checking out the customer while offline. Once your connection is restored, the payment will process itself. For more information about how Offline Mode works, check out Process Payments with Offline Mode.
