Printer connect via IOS POS app is printing orders over and over again

Hi. We are opening our pickup server now and had 5 pre-orders that were placed on-line.

We use a printer that is bluetooth connected to an IPad running the POS app.

But these 5 orders are printing continuously! Up to 10 copies until the restaurant turned off the printer. 

Has anyone else faced this and were able to resolve?

Hi @SoMa-BBQ. That's crazy, and I've never heard of that happening before!

Just covering my bases here, but have you given these printer troubleshooting steps a try yet?
