Hi Bake - You posted this question about 4-weeks ago so I'm not sure if you've gotten this resolved.


Have you confirmed your account notifications setting from your Square dashboard?

 

Try these steps to confirm your account is set to send these daily emails:

- Log into your square dashboard.

- On the left side of the page, at the bottom of the navigation menu, click on "Account & Settings"

- Under the "ACCOUNT" section, there's a sub-section labeled, "Email Notifications"

- Make sure the box next to "Daily Sales Summary" is selected. This will ensure you recieve emails about your sales at the end of each day.

A few more things to check:

- Confim the email address associated to your Square account is accurate and that you're receiving emails to this address.
- If you've accidentally unsubscribed from Square emails, you may need to take additional steps to reinstate those emails arriving to your inbox. This may include a call to Square customer service.

- As always, check your spam filters.
