Reconnecting printer help

I have followed all the trouble shooting steps to get my Square pos to register my cash drawer and printer. I've unplugged  and re-plugged, deleted and re-installed, disconnected and reconnected to wifi, assured I was connected to the right wifi,  and assured everything was plugged in tight, everything it told me to do and still I cant get my cash drawer to open or my printer to print. Please help!!!!

Since you've gone through all of the Troubleshooting Steps and you're still experiencing issues, I'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Success Team. They can go over some additional troubleshooting and see if it's an issue with our software or the cash drawer/printer.
