Sales report shows cash collected but was sale was run with a credit card. Money not transferred

Received my sales report.  Some items were listed in the cash column but I think my friend ran them with a cc.  Is that possible?  She didn't take cash for the sale.  I was paid by square for the items that were run as cc but not the ones listed as cash.  Help please

If they are listed as cash then no card was used.  Sounds like they need some training.  You can pull a transaction report for the day and it will show you how each was rung.

If you recorded a transaction as cash in the Point of Sale app, then we trust that you accepted cash from your customer. @RHatch is right, please make sure anyone accepting payments on your behalf is recording sales correctly to ensure you either received cash or completed a  credit card transaction.
