Square POS - app keeps circling

The title of this thread has been updated from: "Square not working"

 

Trying to bill a client on phone (without a CC) but can't do anything as the circle just keeps circling? Are they down and if so, how long?

Hi @cplnjw - Can you tell us a bit more about how you're trying to input the card? Are you on a phone or your computer? The more details you can offer, the better we can help you troubleshoot!

On my phone with no card... Square says "we're currently experiencing difficulties" but I don't know how long that has been...

There's a new version of the app out today, so you can update to that to ensure everything is working too!
