Square app will not communicate with printer or cash drawer.

Our square app has stopped communicating with the printer. We recently moved buildings and set up the system in the new building. It shows the printer station but it is grayed out and says "Printer unavailable: please check the printer's network connection." The printer is listed under enable printer stations under settings. The cash drawer is designed not to open if receipts cannot print, therefore we lose the automatic open as well. How do we fix this?

Are they both on the same network?  If you moved buildings I would make sure that the printer is plugged into the same wireless router as the iPad.  The printer station will be there because it was already setup.  It is greyed out because it can't communicate with the printer.  Most likely because it is not connected to the network or not on the same network.  Once the printer is non the network and the iPad can print to it everything else will work.
