Square register printer stops working constantly

This new square register is nothing but headaches. From not being able to use Epson Printers and having to buy new Star printers and then finding out that you can only run one USB printer at a time. 

The newest problem now is that the USB printer suddenly stops working. It still shows up in settings but you can't print from it!!!

Buying this Square register was the biggest mistake I did in a long time, what a piece of S**t.

I know a mod is going to comment and say something like "Please contact us bla bla bla", I already did that and support couldn't figure it out.

sometimes items are broken, have you tried contacting Star?  We have had one printer die in the last 5 years but the other 3 are still going strong.  If it shows up in Square and stops printing it could be the printer, not the Register.

The printers are brand new, not even a month old. This is not the first time this happened, I had to reset the square register and then printers worked again.
