Star SP742ML cannot print receipt

I can see the printer on my register app. I can test print and print stub order but I cannot print receipt. Any idea?

Hi there. 

 

You might need to change the settings of your Printer in the Square Register app. 

 

It sounds like you might have the Print Receipts feature turned off.

 

Your Printer Settings should look like this (ignore the order ticket stubs toggle)
