The Point of Sale app is not recognizing my tablet is on line

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Not recognizing it's online

 

My tablet IS online, but all of yesterday's sales say "pending, please reconnect to internet". I've tried force quiting the app, restaring/resetting the tablet, and using a different wifi connection. I'm able to surf the web, and even watch videos with the connection, but the transactions still won't go through. Please help. There's about $300 on the line if I don't get the fixed in the next 60 hours or so.

Hey there @Ashtoons. It sounds like some payments were processed in Offline Mode.

 

It sounds like you've gone through the basic troubleshooting steps to get these payments processed. I'd also try toggling off your WiFi and toggling it back on.

 

If your payments still aren't showing as "complete", I would contact our Customer Success Team. They'll be able to access your account and look at the transactions with you to confirm what exactly might be happening.
