Transactions don't appear on web portal

Yesterday I created a transaction and a refund of that item on my Square app.  The transactions show on the iPad, but not on the web.  I'm new to square, am I doing something wrong?

You should see this under Sales & Transactions in the Dashboard. Make sure your date range and other filters are correct. Also, Chrome or Safari browsers seem to work best with the Square Dashboard.

Thanks.. I found it for some reason I have 2 accounts listed.  Both are the same, not sure why there are two
