I have an online store set up but I also sell in my home shop. When I went to make a sale today, the items that show in my library in the app are not same as the ones in my online store. How can I correct this?

Do you have more than one location setup? You can check to see what location is syncing to your store by first navigating to the Square Online Overview page, then clicking Settings > Square Sync.
If everything looks correct to you I recommend reaching out to our support team directly. A rep can check your account settings and make sure your account is setup to sync properly between the app and your online settings.

Thanks for the response! Everything looks good. I figured out a way to make it work. I just go to the Squareup site and change it there. 🙂
