What kind of device are you trying to print those shipping labels on? I want to get an idea of your setup before pointing you in a direction.
Also, have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

Hi
printing on an epson printer. I scoured the weebly help community and didn’t see anything. I purchased the shipping label and when I click on “print label” I immediately get the “500 server error”

I want to recommend to try some of these troubleshooting steps on your printer to help with the "500 server error".
Also, troubleshooting the Point of Sale app by checking for updates or deleting/reinstalling would be worth a try too.
