im trying to enter credit card info but it stops where i try to enter the expiration year?

i’m trying to manually enter credit card info but it stops when i try to enter the year. It only lets me enter the numbers 6,7,8,&9?

Hello @Mister12 and @paulmagruder, this error message means the information doesn't match what the bank has on file for the card. If this happens to you we recommend contacting your customer and having them reach out to their bank to confirm their card details.

this issue has nothing to do with a bad card or info..you legit can’t type the expiration date

I am having the same trouble.  I have tried on my ipad that i have at my business and my phone and it will not allow me to enter expiration date.  Has nothing to do with a bad card as it happens quite frequently.
