Hi, I'm trying to refund a client, but I get the message above when I try. Has anyone ever seen this? I've never had this issue in the past.

you need to refund via the online screen not the orders screen... so when you're in Square home click on online and then orders from there instead of hitting the order button - hope this makes sense.
