When I've gotten a receipt for a test sale on my phone, the receipt shows properly, yet when it comes through my computer, there are no graphics. How can I fix this?

Hello @jhed, that's really weird. Who do you use as your email services provider?
It's a known issue on Microsoft 365, but if you use another email service provider that definitely shouldn't be the case.
I'll keep an eye out for your reply!
