I have a customer that claims they did not receive their package

A customer made a purchase from my wix online store and paid via Square.  I added the tracking number to the order on Square and marked the order as shipped.  The customer is now claiming they  have not received the package.  USPS tracking shows the package was delivered on 02 Apr 2021.  I believe this customer is trying to set the stage for a chargeback.  What can I do to protect myself and my  business?

HI, you have a few options available.  You can send the Missing Mail and Lost Package link to the customer.  You can send a replacement.  You can refund.
