I have a customer how works out of town and wants to give me the card info to manually enter in, I am a little hesitant because I don't know if the customer could cancel the transaction if not satisfied. Does anyone know if he could do that? The card will be American Express.

anyone that comes in with a card swiped or manually typed in or over the phone manually can file what is called a dispute with their credit card processor.
