How do I change an employee's rate of pay?

I wasn't sure what an employee's rate of pay was going to be so I put it in as 0.  They have already worked 4 days.  Now even when I put in their rate of pay, it's still 0 for the days they already worked.  Does anyone know how I can fix it?

Hi @denisesevert, sorry to keep you waiting!

To be sure we're on the same page—are you referring to timecards? If so, it sounds like you updated the rate after the hours were clocked in. We aren't able to retroactively edit reports for this but, going forward, you should be seeing that your employee labor cost is reflecting the correct amount.

Hope this helps, but if I'm missing the mark or you'd like someone to have a look at your settings, please get in touch with our Customer Success team.
