Copying items from my website to Square

Other posts have discussed copying items created on Square to a website but I am looking for the opposite: getting items from my website onto Square.  I notice that there are a few domains such as Weebly that integrate seamlessly with Square, but my website is with another server.  If there is a way to accomplish my question it will save me hours of data entry.  Maybe the trick is, as a transition step,  to convert my website catalogue to .......something?

If you can export your item list from you online store into a .csv file then you can, with a few adjustments, upload it to Square.  Here is the Help page.

Would this work with a item price that is changing every 6-10 minutes for example a exchange rate
