Let's start here: can you please check and be sure that hours of availability have been added in the staff member hours settings section of the Staff tab? Simply click on the staff member name here to pop out the right-hand sidebar menu - this is where you can edit these hours.
If you're still encountering this issue after checking into these settings, please get in touch with our Support team. They'll be able to take a deeper dive into this with you.
