I created a lot of new items in my Square account, on my desktop. Why do they not show up on my mobile? Thanks

Hi there @MacsDetail -
It sounds like you may be logging into the mobile app using different login information than what you used to set up your items within your Square Dashboard. You can check to see which email address you used to create your Square account by heading to this page of your Dashboard. It could be possible that you created multiple locations within your Square account.
If you're still not sure what's going on, get in touch with our Support team. They can dig in a little more than we're able to here.
