I'm sorry you're dealing with a hold on your funds but if you're really a law firm and you believe they're breaking laws with illegal holds as a billion dollar corporation you'd have a pretty easy case.
Best of luck, most of the Square holds are because of suspicious transactions and holds like this help Square prevent bad actors from taking advantage of a platform!
